I recently purchased by second FJ Cruiser from Toyota of Irving. And as it was the first time, this entire dealership displayed the most professional operation that I have ever dealt with in 40 years of buying automobiles! Brian Smith was/is the consummate professional salesman. He clearly demonstrated his professionalism throughout the process….I cannot extend how much I appreciated his tenacity in getting this purchase put together. I can truthfully say, that Toyota of Irving is the best dealership with which I have ever done business!
As always 5 star rating. I have bought 3 cars,my wife 2 my son 1 and a friend 2 total 8 every time your team has had a 5 star rating. You all go that extra mile….. Dennis came out to help us and we were just looking because we came to Dallas to look at used cars and were not having much luck. We told Dennis to call us with prices & he did. We ended up coming back and were ready to walk away if it wasn’t a good deal. They gave us a great deal we couldn’t pass up on a 2013 Corolla sport. We just needed a gas saver and now we have one that will hold it’s value and last as long as we need it. They didn’t have a light color in the sport on the lot, so they got it from another dealer within an hour or so and did the paperwork ahead so we didn’t have to wait as long. When we got the car, we had a sunroof that we didn’t expect. Nice surprise! Dennis didn’t want us to leave without the color & car we really wanted. He also helped us get the best deal possible. Thanks Dennis.
Mike was able to secure a brand new, Toyota Camry Hybrid XLE with all the options at a great price. Greg negotiated top deals for extended warranty and extended TotyotaCare service warranty. Thanks, too, to Don Ivey for wrapping up the deal.

Recently, my brother-in-law purchased a 2012 Sienna and he gave my name to Sandra of TOI. For sometimes I was thinking to buy a Toyota car but wasn’t sure what to buy (between camry or corolla)or even should I buy or not. Met MIke there Sat 9/29/12… he is absolutely a great asset of TOI; great salesman and a great person. My last car was 2002 Honda Accord EX. He understood my real need and help me purchase a brand new 2012 Toyota base model Camery. I am completely happy and satisfied with this purchase. I was not very sure exactly what I looking in a camry. Mike was patient and walked with me and helped narrow down my requirements and asked me if I would commit to purchase based on my criteria. I bought the camry and I am happy I have made that decision. Thank TOI, thank you Mike and thank you Blanca. TOI even called me after purchase to ask me if I am happy and fully satisfied with this camry putchase. I don’t recall getting a phone call ever from a dealership in the past. Just today I learned over the phone from TOI that all the papers regarding TTL will be handled by TOI and I will not have worry about any of that. Life is good or what! On top of that today I got a phone call from Blanca (TOI Finance)… giving me good news that everything good and all approved. TOI is the best!!!!

I came to Toyota of Irving to buy a base model of Camery, My last car was a 2001 Honda Civic. I was clueless to how cars have changed in the last decade. Ismael and Vivian worked as a team( which was very refreshing), seeing the gaps in my knoweledge of cars, they took it upon themselves to educate me on the new gadgets in a car. As I drive a lot for my work I realized after talking to them the right car would be a SE model. And I am happy one month down the road that they convinced me to do that. Ismael was very accomodating and helpful even in things like putting on the new licence plate. And on top of that I believe I got the best price!!!

I wanted to purchase a new 2012 Prius without all the hassle that usually comes from car buying experience. I decided to utilize the use of technology to alleviate some of the hassle/waggle. Jennifer Stephens made this experience surprisingly pleasurable. I have purchased many cars and this was the first time that I didn’t feel like someone was trying to pull the wool over my head. She was knowledgable, persistence, and really just showed great customer service. She really represented Toyota of Irving well. I’ve visited this dealership before but didn’t purchase becuase I didn’t get the impression that I received with Ms. Stephens, which is a lasting one. A+ customer service!

He was knowledgable about the car we wanted and explained in detail all the benefits that came with the car. He also answered all of our questions patiently and clearly. Leo, was not just excellent in customer care, but was also efficient in getting the paperwork done in a timely manner. We purchased a 2012 Sienna XLE. Bill Vaughn bent over backwards to make sure that every detail which we wanted was available for our Sienna. Every phone call, text or email to him was answered quickly and accurately. The deal was very fair. When the car was ready the appointment was on time and the transaction was fairly simple. When we took possession of the car Bill took the time to thoroughly explain the standard equipment and each additional accessory which we ordered. I highly recommend Bill as the “go to” sales person at Toyota of Irving.

Since November of 2011, I was receiving letters from the dealership that I qualified for a new car with zero down post bankruptcy. My discharge just happened and I knew I had to and wanted to rebuild my credit. Especially, after speaking with my personal banker. So, after 7-8 months I decided to call and find out more about the letter. Even though my FICO score was fairly good my beacon (what car dealerships use) was terrible, which was interesting to learn the differences about the two in respect to credit scoring.
In any case, it took about an hour to get approved, a day to choose a car, and with a rebate on my selected car for one thousand dollars; I received my no money down deal! I’m very happy with my new 2012 Toyota, which was financed through a good reputable bank. So, if you have received the letter it’s worth looking into if you’re car shopping. Overall, it was a good experience!

Wonderful! Ive been thinking about buying a new car for a few years to replace my Toyota Avalon of 11 years. I used to live close to Irving and always took my car to be repaired at this dealership. Mark did a superb job with his walk-around presentation, covering everything about the FJ Cruiser. But the real deal-maker was the hamburger for lunch! This letter is is my personal recommendation for Ms. Jennifer Stephens, Internet Manager. Jennifer is the sales associate who helped me purchase my 2012 Tacoma PreRunner from your dealership.
I happened to first come in contact with Jennifer via email correspondence. As I initially requested pricing for a 2012 RAV4, she responded to my request in a timely manner with price quotes that fit my shopping requirements. At the time I was not for certain that I would purchase a RAV4, yet Jennifer remained patient despite my unwillingness to return any of her contact efforts. She continued to be persistent in earning my business by sending special offers your dealership was having and occasionally inquired of my progress in choosing a car model. This would later work in her favor as I finally decided to purchase a Tacoma.
The morning of February 22nd of this year, I emailed Jennifer to request quotes for Tacomas being sold at your dealership. After a few back-and forth emails, Jennifer understood what exactly it was I was looking for. She quoted me on (3) Tacomas with (1) being a close match. That same day, I headed to your dealership to test drive the truck. I had disclosed to Jennifer that I was prepared to make the purchase that evening.
As soon as I arrived, the test drive process worked like clockwork. Jennifer had the vehicle ready for us to take it out for a spin. Simultaneously, she had arranged for my current car at the time to be appraised for trade-in. Jennifer is extremely cordial, and our banter was fairly relaxed. I felt at ease with this specific saleswoman, and negotiations in the office were no different. I am proud to call myself a Toyota-owner, and it began that evening
Jennifer is a personable individual that went out of her way to respect my interests as a consumer. In fact, she had missed Ash Wednesday service due to my visit. Not that I was proud to keep her away from her personal engagements, but to me, that exhibited great dedication. I’m truly sorry she missed her personal obligation, but I at that moment I was honored to be a consumer, a consumer she was serving.
In closing, I give my most sincere recommendation of Ms. Jennifer Stephens, and there is no doubt that I will continue my business with your dealership as well as recommend my friends and family to you for their next vehicle purchase.

Takes too long to settle up when paying cash. We were there for 3 hours after we made a decision. When I bought my 2011 Tacoma in San Angelo it only took 45 minutes to complete transactions and go over all paperwork.

Really didn’t do a complete inspection of the car at delivery. Found a scratch on the trunk. Had to bring it in on Monday and to have taken care of. Everyone was super friendly but the process was longer than expected. Came in around 1:30 left around 7:30. Made for a long afternoon. I do love my car though.

I live in Brownsboro, 2 hours away. I was very pleased with Van. She was very helpful. We worked for almost a week over the phone working on this deal. She stayed late to accomodate our schedule. On our way home we noticed the right tail light was out on the car. I called first thing the next morning and Van told me her manager said I had to bring the car in. I asked her if there was any other way we could do it. She talked with her manager about us taking it to the Toyota dealer in Tyler and letting them bill Toyota of Irving. He said no to that because they would charge labor and if I brought it in it would only cost them the price of the bulb. I told Van I was not going to drive 4 hours, round trip, for a bulb that my husband or I for that matter could replace. I asked if they could just send me a bulb. I was told he was going to call me on Monday to discuss it and he hasn’t called yet.
I was completely satisfied and would recommend this dealership to family and friends!

To whom it may concern, On Saturday, January 21, 2012 my sales rep was Ms. Jennifer Stephens. At first, she was pleasant to work with. As our relationship progressed, her emails became rude and condescending. After which, I contacted Ms. Taylor to talk about this problem. She stated she was shocked and was very apologetic about Ms. Stephens’ conduct and she (Ms. Stephens) would be counseled. At this point, I was disappointed with your company. It was then I decided to visit me second choice (Honda). Ms. Taylor called back stating that she had spoken with her supervisor and gave me an attractive offer which included TTL. Ms. Taylor also mentioned that I would be working with a new Sales person: Ms. My Dodson. Ms. Dodson was outstanding, knowledgeable and very professional. I couldn’t have been more pleased. She answered all my questions without having to think twice. If you offer any type employee of the month award, I highly recommend MY DODSON! As for my new certified car, I am enjoying it very much. One thing I am concerned about is that I am unable to sign up for XM radio because they need a serial number which I cannot obtain on my own. Lastly, I must reiterate, Ms. Taylor and Ms. Dodson where outstanding and instrumental in making things right. I strongly believe that Toyota Corporate needs to know what type of representatives they have working for them.

The staff there was especially friendly and transparent through the entire process. My previous car totaled and I was looking for a 4Runner. They gave me a great deal on my 2009 Toyota 4Runner, it was certified and I got a low interest rate. Toyota of Irving had exactly want I wanted. I am so happy I found a dealership I can trust.
